Adam R. Shively

DEFIANCE – Adam R. Shively, 37, of Defiance died 8:14 a.m., Friday, September 30, 2016 at Defiance Regional Medical Center.  He was the son of Marvin and Kaye Shively who survive in Hamler.  He was married to Nicole Shively.

Also surviving is a daughter, Jazzmyn Shively; a sister, Christine (Allan) Wright of Deshler and a brother, Bryan (Tammy) Shively of Florida.

Adam enjoyed raising pigeons with Bill Moog.  He was a 1998 graduate of Patrick Henry High School.

Funeral services will begin 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at Harvest Fellowship Church, Hamler with Pastor James Erven.  Burial will follow in Marion Township Cemetery, Hamler.  Visitation will be Tuesday 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at the church.  Memorial donations may be to the charity of the donor's choice.
