ADDISON M. KUHLMAN
AMHERST - Addison M. Kuhlman, age 4, of Amherst passed away Monday, September 8, 2014 at Rainbow and Babies Children's Hospital in Cleveland.  She was born on August 27, 2010 in Cleveland, Ohio to Matthew and Teresa (Butler) Kuhlman and was attending Pre-School at St. Joseph School in Amherst. Ohio.
Addison loved music, singing, dancing and reading books. She will always be remembered for her beautiful smile and her great laugh.
She is survived by her parents, Matt and Teresa Kuhlman, of Amherst; a sister, Ava; grandparents, Steve and Debra Butler, of Leipsic and Norm and Jean Kuhlman, of Leipsic; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A Mass of Christian Burial will begin 10:30 a.m., Monday, September 15, 2014 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Leipsic with The Most Reverend George Wenzinger officiating.  Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Leipsic.  Visitation will be from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. Sunday at Love-Heitmeyer Funeral Home, Leipsic.
The family suggest contributions be made in memory of Addison to St. Joseph School, for the music department and books, 175 St. Joseph Drive, Amherst, OH 44001.
