Alma was a lifelong member of the First Christian Church of Leipsic, where she served may years as a Deaconess. Throughout her life she worked at Sylvania, Leipsic School, and The Bank of Leipsic. She loved taking care of her family. She was a wonderful cook, baker and seamstress. We could count on her for guidance, encouragement and good advice. She enjoyed reading, going to movies and vacations to Sanibel Island in the winter with friends. She was kind, caring and a little feisty, and loved spending time with her family. But most of all to us she was “Mom” and we love her and will miss her dearly.
