Alma Jean Inkrott
MILLER CITY - Alma Jean Inkrott, 94, of Miller City, died at 4:43 a.m. Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at Putnam Heritage, Ottawa. She was born on March 3, 1927 in Miller City to the late Walter and Eva (Noon) Zeigler. On May 15, 1946, she married Robert J. Inkrott. He preceded her in death on July 23, 2007.
Alma is survived by 4 children: Janet (Paul Schumm) Kreinbrink of Defiance, Daniel (Bonnie) Inkrott of Ottawa, Joyce (Larry Hughes) Inkrott of Berkeley, CA and John (Pat) Inkrott of Glandorf; 7 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 2 step great-grandchildren; a brother: Ronald (Julie) Zeigler of New Port Richey, FL; and a sister-in-law, JoAnn Zeigler of Ottoville.
She was also preceded in death by a son-in-law: Karl Kreinbrink; a great-grandson, Oliver Inkrott and 3 brothers: William (Lillian) Zeigler, Robert Zeigler and Norman (Germain "Tootie") Zeigler.
Alma retired from Miller City School where she worked in the cafeteria for 16 years. She was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Miller City, its choir and Altar Rosary. She was an avid walker and enjoyed spending time with her family.
Funeral Mass will begin at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 22, 2022 at St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Miller City with Father Scott Perry officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at the church.
Arrangements are under the direction of LOVE FUNERAL HOME, Ottawa.
