Amy M. Black

OTTAWA - Amy Black, 58, of Ottawa, died at 9:18 p.m. Saturday, January 8, 2022 at Mercy Health St Rita's Medical Center, Lima.  She was born on April 28, 1963 in Lima, to the late Donald J. and Patricia M. (Patterson) Ellerbrock.

Amy is survived by her children: Brady Black and Crystal Black, both of Ottawa; her granddaughters: Lizzy and Ella; 2 brothers: Chuck (Lynn) Ellerbrock of Lima, and John Ellerbrock of Ottawa; her sister: Nancy Greve of Ottawa, and 4 nieces and 1 nephew.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Elizabeth Black and brother in law, Tom Greve.

Amy was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Glandorf. She was an employee of Wal Mart, Ottawa, and she enjoyed swimming and spending time with her grandkids.

Memorial services will be held 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at LOVE FUNERAL HOME, Ottawa with Father Tony Fortman officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday from 2-7 p.m. at LOVE FUNERAL HOME, Ottawa.
