Anna Marie Meyer

GLANDORF – Anna Marie Meyer, 88, of Glandorf, passed away at 6:34 p.m. on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at the Meadows of Kalida.  She was born October 10, 1936, in Mandale to the late Cornelius and Barbara (Heitmeyer) Brinkman.  On April 15, 1961, she married Kenneth Meyer, he preceded her in death on January 31, 2012.

Anna is survived by a daughter: Gail (Roy) Kehres of Cloverdale; a sister: Teresa Friemoth of California; two brothers: Bob (Judy) Brinkman, and Tom (Barb) Brinkman, both of Ottoville; and a brother-in-law: Mike Swint of Ottoville.

She is preceded in death by four sisters, Ruth (Jack) Rosengarten, Aggie Swint, Julie (Jorge) Rivas, and Rita Brinkman; and a brother-in-law, John Friemoth.

Anna was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Glandorf.  She was the assistant secretary for the Ottawa Eagles.  Anna was also a member of the Ottawa Eagles and Glandorf Fire Ladies.  She enjoyed crocheting, gambling and playing cards.

Funeral Mass will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, October 18, 2024, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Glandorf with Father Matt Keller officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  A visitation will be held on Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. at LOVE FUNERAL HOME, Ottawa.
