Anthony "Tony" Perkins

LEIPSIC – Anthony "Tony" Perkins, 64, of Leipsic, passed away on Monday, July 7, 2025, at Mercy Health St. Vincent's Medical Center, Toledo. He was born December 13, 1960, in Bowling Green to the late Homer "Clyde" Perkins and Anna Mae Morris.

He is survived by his loving wife, Brenda Perkins; four children: Jennifer (Richard) Burch, Tanya (Michael Garvey) Gomez, Danielle (John) Mitchell and Nichole (Russ Waldron) Perkins; seven grandchildren: Dakotah (Kaylee) Burch, Dominick Burch, Peyton Mitchell, John Mitchell Jr., Giulliana Garvey, Kaydence Waldron and Lakelynn Waldron; a great-grandchild, Oakleigh Burch; stepson, Randy Henry; two step-grandchildren: Emmett Henry and Anna Henry; and his beloved sister, Tina, with whom he shared a lifelong bond, and several other siblings.

Tony was a U.S. Army veteran.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of LOVE-HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Leipsic.
