As we reflect upon the life of Tony Davis, we hold one truth close in mind. There are a thousand different versions of ourselves in a thousand different minds from those we meet.
Tony was no stranger to anyone. Whether it was an employee in need of help, a family member or friend calling for assistance, or a customer in need, Anthony would always put anyone before himself.
As a devoted wrestling coach at Delphos St. John's for a number of years, he molded and mentored the local youth.
Gathering with close loved ones, he connected with others through his love of golf, OSU football and the ocean.
One to never shy down from a challenge, Tony had a strategic mind to find solutions to any issue. Mission driven and solution focused, he was able to find the path of least resistance to any problem.
Wearing the many hats of husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle, he performed his duties and provided with dignity and grace. His motto of family first rang loud and true in his presence.
As an optimist, Tony leaned towards the lighter and brighter perspective.
