Arden R. Weller

CONTINENTAL – Arden R. Weller, 83, of Continental died at 5:05 p.m. on Tuesday December 4, 2018 at Mercy Defiance Hospital. He was born June 20, 1935 in North Creek to the late Edward and Flossie (Ernsberger) Weller. On March 16, 1963 he married Kay English who survives in Continental.

Also surviving are two children, Randy Weller of Continental and Karlyn Feffer of Bowling Green; four grandchildren, Brandon Weller, Cody Weller, Jared Feffer, and Nathan Feffer; and two sisters, Erma Grant of Kalida and Naomi Yingling of Ottawa. He was also preceded in death by three brothers, Dale, Wayne, and Howard Weller and three sisters, Hilda Peck, Dorothy Roehrig, and Ruth Walters.

Arden was a 3rd generation farmer. He was a former member of the Continental School Board and the Continental Saddle Club.

Funeral Services will be held 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 7, 2018 at HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Continental with Pastor Terry Porter officiating. Burial will follow in Monroe Cemetery, Continental. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. on Thursday and one hour prior to the service on Friday at the funeral home.
