Arline Ann Combs
CONTINENTAL - Arline Ann (Barker) Combs, 77, formerly of Continental, passed away at her home in N. Fort Myers, FL. at 9:50 p.m.on Sunday, December 29, 2013. She was born March 24, 1936 in Toledo to the late George M. Barker and Vera (Richards) Barker-Hanna. On August 6, 1955 she married Norval E. Combs who preceded her in death on November 16, 2008.
She is survived by 4 children: Martin (Crystal) Combs of Continental, Matthew (Heather) Combs of N. Fort Myers, FL. Norrine (Greg) Logan of Olive Hill, KY., and Noline Wagner of Melrose; 18 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren;  2 brothers: Forrest Hanna of Hicksville and Harold (Buddy) Hanna of Columbus. She was also preceded in death by a daughter: Nadine Combs and 4 sisters: Vera Beckford, Georgia McAdams, Martha Graf, and Marjorie Bruce.
Arline was the owner/operator of the former Combs Carry-Out in Continental and had worked at Wal-Mart in N. Fort Myers, FL.
Funeral Services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 4, 2014 at HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Continental with Pastor Eric Dailey officiating. Burial will follow in Monroe Cemetery, Continental. Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. on Friday and one hour prior to the service on Saturday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
