OAKWOOD – Arthur J. Price, 79, of Oakwood died 6:40 p.m. Tuesday, August 28, 2012 at Defiance Area Inpatient Hospice Center.
He was born January 4, 1933 in Paulding to the late Arthur C. and Edna B. (Aufrance) Price.  On June 10, 1978, he married Dorothy Riley, who survives in Oakwood.
Also surviving are his children:  Pam (John) Arnett of Oakwood, Sheree (Reid) Bruce of Dallas, Jackie Roughton of Continental, Arthur F. (Latasha) Price of Cecil, Tuge Price of Continental, Brian Bradford of Grover Hill, and Sheila (Scott) Kiner of Palm Desert, CA; 13 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and a sister: Jean Winterhalter of Defiance.
Arthur retired from General Motors in 1989.  He was a loving husband and father.  He was a Navy Veteran of the Korean Conflict.  He was a member of UAW Local 211 of Defiance and Paulding VFW.  He was an avid fisherman and outdoorsman who loved life to the fullest.
There will be no funeral service or visitation.
