Barbara Ann Dibaggio

LEIPSIC - Barbara Ann Dibaggio, 73, of Leipsic, formerly of Cleveland, passed away at 6:54 a.m. on Friday, October 18, 2024, at The Meadows of Leipsic. She was born December 16, 1950, in Cleveland to the late Pat and Norma Jean Dibaggio. Survivors include a son, Donald Desuyo of Ottawa. She was preceded in death by a sister. Barbara retired from Philips as a machinist. A Celebration of Life will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, November 8, 2024, at HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, 916 East Main St., Ottawa.
