Bertha Keeler

LEIPSIC -    Bertha Keeler, 104, of Leipsic died at 5:40 a.m. Friday, November 13, 2015 at The Meadows of Leipsic. She was born June 25, 1911 in Leipsic to the late  Henry and Ida (Leinsetter) Mullett. On October 22, 1946 she married Al Keeler who died in 1980.

She is survived by many nieces and nephews. She is also preceded in death by  four brothers: Alvin, Clarence, George, and Donald Mullett, and a sister: Margaret Roy.

Bertha retired from Campbell Soup in Napoleon in 1976. She was a member of First Lutheran Church, Leipsic. She loved gardening, playing the piano, and enjoyed telling stories of her past to her friends, family, and the staff at the Meadows.

Funeral Services will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, November 16, 2015 at LOVE-HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Leipsic with Rev. George Zornow officiating. Burial will follow in Center Cemetery, Leipsic. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. on Sunday and one hour prior to the service on Monday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
