Betty A. Hooks

ELIDA - Betty A. Hooks, 66, of Elida, died at 8:50 p.m. Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima. She was born August 30, 1949 in Lima to James and Wilma (Recker) Hohenbrink and they survive in Glandorf.

She is survived by four children: Jeffrey Rosengarten of Gibsonburg, Michael (Kim) Rosengarten of Sidney, Todd (Coreen) Rosengarten of St. David, AZ, and Melissa Rosengarten of Gibsonton, FL; seven grandchildren: Cody Rosengarten, Emily Rosengarten, Riley Rosengarten, Rhett Rosengarten, Nathan Rosengarten, Derek Rosengarten, and Harper Rosengarten; one brother: John (Kim) Hohenbrink of Texas; two sisters: Judy (Denny) Ellerbrock of Leipsic and Terri (Jerry) Niese of Glandorf; and a special friend: Greg Inkrott of Ft. Jennings.. Betty was also preceded in death by a brother: Tony Hohenbrink and a sister: Sharon Steyer.

Betty worked for St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.

A Funeral Service will be held 11:30 a.m. Monday, May 23, 2016 at LOVE FUNERAL HOME, Ottawa with Deacon Don Inkrott officiating. Burial will be at a later date. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Monday, May 23, 2016 prior to the service at the  funeral home. Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
