Bobby Joe “Rabbit” Risner, Sr.

GROVER HILL – Bobby Joe “Rabbit” Risner, Sr., 62, of Grover Hill, passed away on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at the Paulding County Hospital. He was born April 3, 1963, to the late Ishmal and Thelma Jean (Auxier) Risner.

Bobby is survived by three sons: Bobby Risner, Jr. of Defiance, Monty Risner of Oakwood, and Cory Joe Hall; siblings: Wayne (Kathy) Risner of Cloverdale, James Risner of Bryan, Donald Risner of Dupont, Mary Hall, and Marty Risner, both of Continental; several nieces and nephews, and a lot of friends.

He is preceded in death by a brother, Richard Risner.
