OTTAWA – Bonnie Sue Turner, 78 of Ottawa, died 12:30 a.m., Saturday, July 13, 2024 at Cleveland Clinic. She was born in Ohio to the late Nelson and Helen (Hutchison) Krienbrink.
Survivors include two sons: Mark (Tabatha) Turner of Ottawa and David (Myda) Turner of Ada; six grandchildren: Jonathan Turner, Darla (Forrest) Bowman, Serena Dietrick, Cortney (Luke Schroeder) Turner, Brittani (Caleb) Verhoff and Elija Turner; newly born great-grandson, Odin Michael Verhoff; and brother-in-law, Gary Scheiber of Ottawa.
She was also preceded in death by two sons: Paul Turner and Michael Turner; and a sister, Barbara Schreiber.
Bonnie retired after many years as a social worker for the State of Ohio. After retirement, she worked security for Iams and Protec in Leipsic. She loved the members of her church, Faith Assembly of Believers in Ottawa and enjoyed sewing, quilting, especially making blankets and feeding the squirrels at Ottawa Memorial Park daily. Her bird Petrie was very special to her.
A celebration of life will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 3, 2024 at Faith Assembly of Believers with Pastor John Buckland officiating.
Memorial donations may be given to the church.
