Brenda Lee Hauenstein

CLOVERDALE – Brenda Lee Hauenstein, 61, of Cloverdale, passed away at 6:25 p.m. on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at Lima Memorial Hospital.  She was born June 26, 1959 in Lima to the late Dennis and Betty (Leonard) Skelton.

She is survived by two children: Miranda (Eric) Coon of Pickerington and Marissa (Mackenzie Jones) Hauenstein of Lima; her fiancé: Steve Wingate of Cloverdale; and two grandchildren: Madelynn Coon and Xavier Jones.

Brenda had worked as medical secretary for various doctors. She was a member of the Ottawa Eagles, Ottoville VFW and the Continental American Legion. Brenda had a love for life.  She was very friendly and outgoing.  Brenda loved to be outdoors, sitting by the campfire and vintage camping.  She loved every moment with her family, her grandchildren and all of her friends.

In keeping with the social distancing guidelines, a visitation will be held on Saturday, March 27, 2021 from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at LOVE-HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Jackson Township, casual attire is requested.  A graveside service will follow at St. Barbara Cemetery, Cloverdale.  Masks will be required upon entering the funeral home.
