Carla M. Kuhlman, RN

LEIPSIC - Carla M. Kuhlman, RN, 52, of Leipsic died at 11:45 p.m. Thursday, December 21, 2017 as a result of complications of Lupus. She was born May 5, 1965 in Lima to Charles "Bill" and Carol (Schmidt) Berger. Her father is deceased, her mother survives in Leipsic. On July 8, 1989 she married Ken Kuhlman who also survives in Leipsic.

Carla is also survived by three children, Mitchell Kuhlman at home, Zachary Kuhlman of Toledo, and Sydney (Brandon Stoner) Kuhlman of Toledo; three brothers, Bill (Dee) Berger of Leipsic, Jason (Judy) Berger of Findlay, and Chris (Erin) Berger of Pandora; and a sister, Jill (Joe) Miller of Kalida. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Samantha Kuhlman and a brother, Jonathon Berger.

Carla was a 1983 graduate of Leipsic High School and received her Associate Degree in Nursing at Lima Tech. She formerly worked at Lima Memorial Hospital and had been a Paramedic for Leipsic and Putnam County EMS. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Leipsic.

Funeral Services will be held 8 p.m. on Thursday, December 28, 2017 at LOVE-HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Leipsic with Fr. William Pifher officiating. Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. on Thursday prior to the funeral.
