Carol A. Meeks CONTINENTAL – Carol A. Meeks, 66, of Continental died 9:11 a.m. Saturday, October 26, 2024, at her residence.  She was born August 26, 1958, in Paulding to the late Harold and Jane Marie (Davis) McCullough.  On September 3, 1976, she married Darrell Meeks, who preceded her in death on August 13, 2017. Carol is survived by 3 children:  Michelle (Chase) Horstman of Fort Jennings, Michael Meeks of Ottawa and Megan (Arron) Matthews of Continental; 3 grandchildren:  Jacob Cruz and Alyse Horstman and Rachael Matthews; 2 sisters:  Pam (Kim) Osenga of Van Wert and Barb (Rick) Langenek of Pickerington and a brother:  David (Diana) McCullough of Oakwood. Carol was a member of North Creek Community Church and had been employed by Patrick Products, Leipsic.  She enjoyed trips to FireKeepers, Battle Creek, MI and loved to spend time with her grandchildren.  We know that she went in peace, knowing that her three children were closer than ever before. There will be a funeral service at 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at North Creek Community Church, with Pastor Rick Noggle officiating.  Burial will follow in Monroe Cemetery, Continental.  Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to North Creek Community Church.
