Cecelia G. Hermiller

LEIPSIC - Cecelia G. Hermiller, 89, of Leipsic, died Sunday, December 23, 2018 at The Meadows of Kalida.  She was born December 31, 1928 in New Bavaria to the late Ralph and Margaret (Brown) Westrick. On August 6, 1947 she married Robert L. "Bob" Hermiller.  He died May 5, 2013.

Survivors include five children: Robert W. "Bugs" (Karen) Hermiller of Berlin Center, Sue (Bob) Siebeneck of Leipsic, Jim (Patricia) Hermiller of Defiance, Cynthia (Paul) Niese of Leipsic and Steve (Linda) Hermiller of Leipsic; 16 grandchildren; and 28 great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by a grandson, John Paul Costilla; and a brother and sister-in-law, Donald "Bud" and Ruth Westrick.

Cecelia was a homemaker.  She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Leipsic, its Altar Rosary and Catholic Ladies of Columbia.  Cecelia loved her family dearly especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian burial will begin at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, December 27, 2018 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Leipsic with Fr. William Pifher officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m., Wednesday at LOVE-HEITMEYER FUNERL HOME, Leipsic and one hour prior to the mass at the Parish Life Center on Thursday.

Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
