Chad S. Bailey

LEIPSIC - Chad S. Bailey, 51, of Leipsic, died Friday, April, 1, 2016 at his residence.  He was born October 1, 1964 in Ottawa, IL to Sam Bailey and Donna (Cooper) Cunico and they survive in Illinois.  Also surviving include his significant other, Kim and her family; a son Bryce; two brothers, Kevin and Derek; a sister, Stacy; a step-mother Pat and a large extended family including many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Per Chad's wishes, no formal services will be conducted.  Private arrangement had been made by the family with LOVE-HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Leipsic, Ohio.  Donations may be made in Chad's memory to the charity of the donor's choice.
