CHARLENE SKINNER
OTTAWA - Charlene Skinner, 66, of Ottawa, died 12:32 a.m., Saturday, December 28, 2013 at the Meadows of Leipsic.  She was born June 24, 1947 in Toledo to the late Curtis and Awilda (Slagle) Maddox.  On December 15, 1994, she married Marvin Skinner and he survives in Ottawa.
Also surviving are two children, Sue Gibson of Ottawa and Bobbie Smith of Eminence, KY.; 3 stepchildren: Jill Skinner, Peggy Skinner Ranes, and T.J. Skinner;  3 grandchildren: Deanna Gibson, Derek DeLaRosa, and Joel DeLaRosa; 3 step grandchildren: Tylor Espensheid, Chance Espensheid, and Kaylie Warneckie; and a great-grandchild: Derek M. DeLaRosa. She was also preceded in death by a son: Denver L. (Maddox) Butz and 3 brothers: Curtis, Jay, and Willard Maddox.
Charlene was a homemaker.
A Memorial Service will be 7:00 p.m. Thursday, January 2, 2014 at LOVE-HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Leipsic with Pastor Ruth Carter officiating. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
