Charles E. "Chuckle" Cox

OTTAWA – Charles E. "Chuckle" Cox, 48, of Ottawa, passed away at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 23, 2024, at his residence. He was born January 30, 1976, in Bluffton to Charles and Linda (Rediger) Cox. His father preceded him in death and his mother survives in Ottawa.

Other survivors include nine children: Charles (Karina) Cox, Javarris Cox, Izaiah Cox, Saintillia Cox, William Sturgeon, Aaron Estrada, Jermaine Farst, Lanayhia Farst and Sy'Raina Farst; a grandson, Samir Cox; two siblings: Schawn (Chad) Cox and Shennon Cox; and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Charles was a cemetery caretaker. He enjoyed fishing and was an avid fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes and Chicago Cubs. He loved spending time with his friends and family.

A memorial service will take place at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of LOVE FUNERAL HOME, Ottawa.
