Charles F. Isbell

OTTAWA-Charles F. Isbell, 77, of Ottawa died 12:28 p.m. Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at Mercy Health Putnam Medical Center, Glandorf.  He was born August 15, 1943 in Cleveland to the late Charles F. and Theresa (Gedeon) Isbell.  He married Mary E. Fraker, she survives in Ottawa.

Charles is also survived by his children: Patricia Geohring, Chuck Brundige, Christopher Fraker, and Jennifer Fraker; two grandchildren; and a sister: Dimie Hill.

He is preceded in death by a brother: Robert W. Isbell.

Charles worked as a Millwright at General Dynamics.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing and taking walks.  Charles was an arborist, and loved growing a garden.

There will be no services. Arrangements are under the direction of LOVE FUNERAL HOME, Ottawa.
