Charles W. Leblo III
LEIPSIC - Charles W. Leblo III, 72, of Leipsic, died 2:22 p.m., Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima, He was born July 28, 1943 in Enid, OK to the late Charles II and Cora (Mitchell) Leblo. On February 14, 1981, he married Linda D. Campbell and she survives in Leipsic.
Also surviving are three children: Clifton (Jennifer) Leblo of Muncie, IN, Jack (Katie) Leblo of Defiance and Kimberly (Adam) Steffen of Continental; four grandchildren: Katelyn Leblo, Isaiah Todd, Anna Todd and Hunter Steffen; and a sister: Mary Hess of Oklahoma.
Charles had been a cross country truck driver for many different agencies. He was a US Navy Veteran during the Vietnam War and a member of the Leipsic American Legion and VFW. He enjoyed bowling and football, especially the Pittsburg Steelers and Oklahoma Sooners.
Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Saturday, February 27, 2016 at Missionary Church of Ottawa, 2031 E. Main Street, Ottawa, OH 45875. Prayers will begin at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. Marshall Metzger officiating. Military rites by the Leipsic American Legion and VFW will follow prayers. Burial will be at a later date in Dayton National Cemetery, Dayton. Memorial donation may be given to the charity of the donor's choice.
