Miller City - Charles Lee Warnimont, 78, of Miller City died 1:31 p.m. Saturday, November 23, 2013, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.   He was born June 10, 1935 in Miller City to the late Charles G. and Vivian (Trump) Warnimont.  On July 2,1960, he married Velma Siebeneck who survives in Miller City.
Charles is also survived by  6 sons: Charles R. (Mary Kris) Warnimont of Glandorf, Daniel (Mary) Warnimont of Miller City, Gary (Jessica) Warnimont of Leipsic, James Warnimont of Miller City and David (Marcia) Warnimont of Miller City, Kevin (Shirley) Warnimont of Glandorf, 2 daughters: Rebecca  Moser of Rockford, IL. and Rachel (Steven) Schlutz of Katy, TX; 14 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.   He is preceded in death by a half-brother, Russell Trump and a half-sister, Rosie Griffen.
He retired from Phillips in 1991.  He graduated from Miller City High School in 1953.  He was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Miller City Sportsman's Club, the Miller City Athletic Boosters, Knights of Columbus, Ottawa American Legion and VFW. Charles was an avid NASCAR, Cleveland Browns, Cleveland Indians and The Ohio State Buckeyes fan. He was also a veteran of U.S. Marines.  He was an avid  bowler and served as secretary of the Continental and Defiance bowling associations for many years.
A Mass of Christian Burial will begin 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 27, 2013 at St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Miller City, with Fr. Stephen Schroeder officiating. The burial will follow in church cemetery with military graveside by Ottawa American Legion and VFW.   Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at LOVE FUNERAL HOME, Ottawa with a scripture at 2 p.m.,  VFW service at 7:00 p.m. and  a rosary by the Knights of Columbus at  7:30 p.m.
Memorials may be given to the charity of donor's choice.
