Curtis David "Dave" Hunter

COLUMBUS GROVE – Curtis David "Dave" Hunter, 63, of Columbus Grove, passed away at 11:41 a.m. on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at his residence. He was born September 17, 1961, in Lima to the late Curtis David and Treecie Gail (Tennyson) Hunter.

Dave is survived by three children: Chris (Ashley) Hunter of Ottawa, Ryan Hunter of Paulding and Holly (Eric) Baer of Van Wert; ten grandchildren; one great-grandchild; a sister, Melanie Hunter of Kentucky; two aunts: Lois Hunter and Linda Walters, both of Lima; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a sister, Penny Hunter.

Dave retired from Unverferth Manufacturing in Kalida.  He enjoyed outdoor activities, especially hunting and fishing. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family and friends.

Private services will be held by the family at a later date.
