OTTAWA – Dale L. Cleary, 73 of Ottawa died at 5:45 a.m. Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at Cridersville Healthcare Center. He was born March 9, 1947 in Freemont to the late Leon and Martha (Meadley) Cleary.
Dale was retired from the construction business.
