David L. Deubler

CONTINENTAL – David L. Deubler, 76, of Continental, died 5:17 a.m. Saturday, July 22, 2023 at Putnam Heritage, Ottawa.  He was born September 18, 1946 in Manchester, NH to the late Robert K. and Helen J. (Etue) Deubler.

He is survived by a daughter:  Michele Aby of TN; 5 grandchildren:  Jared, Jaiden Jace, Garret and Derrick; a sister:  Janice (Ed) Grant and 2 brothers:  Robert Deubler and Greg Deubler.

David is preceded in death by 2 sons:  Robert Deubler and Dave Deubler.

David retired from the Lima City Fire Department after 24 years of service.  He was veteran of the Army National Guard and a former member of the Lima Motorcycle Club.  He loved taking motorcycle trips to the Smokey Mountains.  The family would like to thank the staff of Putnam Heritage, Ottawa for the loving care that he received.

There will be a funeral service at 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 25, 2023 at the HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Continental with Father David Ross officiating.  There will be visitation for 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
