David Dwight "K-Line" Kline
Cloverdale – David Dwight "K-Line" Kline, 61, of Cloverdale died 10:13 p.m. Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima. He was born July 29, 1951 in Lima to the late Donald and Vivian (Klahr) Kline. On May 26, 1978 he married Kathy Hammons, who survives in Cloverdale.
He is survived by his daughter: Jamie (Andy) Koester of Westerville; three sisters: Dianna (Bob) Geiger of Ottawa, Donna Nation of Salt Lake City, UT and Debbie (Jimmy) Odum of North Carolina; and a brother: Dan (Laurie) Kline of Ottawa.
Dave was a lift truck operator for Exel, Lima and had previously worked at Philips ECG, Ottawa. He had served in the National Guard; was a social member of the Ottawa American Legion; and a member of the Ottawa Eagles. Dave loved the Cleveland Indians and the Ohio State Buckeyes and even carried buckeyes with him wherever he went.
The funeral service will be 3:00 p.m. Saturday, November 10, 2012 at LOVE-HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Jackson Township. Pastor Tom Graves will officiate and burial will follow in Ridge Cemetery, Middle Point. Visitation will be Saturday from 1 to 3 p.m. at the funeral home.
