Funeral service will begin at 12:00 p.m., Saturday, June 21, 2025, at LOVE FUNERAL HOME, Ottawa

with Pastor Dan Bredberg officiating.  Burial will follow in Sugar Ridge Cemetery, Leipsic.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.

Deborah Lee

FT. MOHAVE, AZ - Deborah Lee, 66 of Ft. Mohave, AZ (formerly of Ottawa) passed away on March 30, 2025.  She was born July 7, 1958, at St. Rita's in Lima to the late Donald and Beulah June (Wiseman) Bice.

Survivors include two sons: Keith Hobson of Continental and Ernest Hobson Jr. of Mohave, AZ; three grandchildren: Amber, Dawn, and Lily Hobson; and six siblings: Rick (Sue) Bice of Ottawa, Robin Warren of AZ, Russell "Buzz" (Laura) Cook of MS, Cindy Couwlier of MI, Mike Bice of Lima, and Michelle Wichings of MI.

Also preceded in death is a brother, Brian Bice.

Deborah was a 1977 graduate of Ottawa-Glandorf  High School. She worked as an employee of Philips E.C.G. and the Lima News for several years. She was also a member of the Salyersville Indian Community in Kentucky.

Deborah lived a difficult, but simple life. She battled cancer for many years and was a survivor. She loved her grandchildren and cherished time she spent with them. She enjoyed doing many different kinds of art projects. Every Christmas she would create and send out Christmas cards or ornaments to her family members who did not live in Arizona. She was an avid bingo player. She also liked to travel and occasionally ended up at a casino.
