Diane Honigford

RUSSELLS POINT - Diane Honigford, 72 of Russells Point died 4:56 a.m., Sunday, October 31, 2021 at Select Specialty Hospital, Columbus.  She was born July 28, 1949 in Ottoville to the late Walter and Genevieve (Hempfling) Schlagbaum. On November 2, 1968, she married Dave Honigford and he survives in Russells Point.

Other survivors include two children: Matt (Melissa) Honigford of Plain City and Marc Honigford of Urbana; four grandchildren: Luke, Levi, Andrew and Emma; and four siblings: Martha Fischbach of Ottoville, Bill (Donna) Schlagbaum of Delphos, Anne Beining of Ottoville and Norma Hilvers of Pennsboro, WV.

She was also preceded in death by a brother, Paul Schlagbaum.

Diane was an accountant for the auto industry for 40 years.

Funeral service will begin at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Ottoville with Fr. Jerome Schetter officiating.  Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, November 9, 2021 and 9:30 a.m. until the time of service Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at LOVE-HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Jackson Twp.

Memorial donations may be given to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Ottoville.
