Diane L. (Kuhlman) Ricker

OTTAWA – Diane L. (Kuhlman) Ricker, 81, of Ottawa, passed away at 12:12 a.m., Friday, January 12, 2024 at The Meadows of Ottawa. She was born July 5, 1942, in Toledo to the late Elmer and Martha (Fenbert) Kuhlman.

Survivors include three children: Tom (Beth) Kuhlman, Bob (Kim) Ricker, both of Ottawa and Kathy (Kurt) Utrup of Glandorf; six grandchildren: Ryan Kuhlman, Brandon (Haley) Kuhlman, Quinn Kaufman, Morgan (Eric) Fenstermaker, Hailey Utrup and Anden Utrup; five great-grandchildren: Kamdyn Rocha, Kase Fenstermaker, Nora Fenstermaker, Caroline Kuhlman and Callahan Kuhlman; and two sisters: Marilyn Miehls of Kalida and Barb (Dean) Sager of Ottawa.

She was also preceded in death by a granddaughter, Kristen Utrup; and a sister, Joan Kuhlman.

Diane was a homemaker. She enjoyed dancing, playing bingo, crossword puzzles, shopping, watching Family Feud and Wheel of Fortune. Diane loved spending time with her friends and family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will begin at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at LOVE FUNERAL HOME, Ottawa with Deacon David Maas officiating.  Burial will be at a later date. Visitation will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. on Tuesday prior to the service at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Putnam County CAP.
