Donald L. "Mick" Recker
KALIDA – Donald L. "Mick" Recker, 72, of Kalida died at 5:20 a.m. Monday, October 15, 2012 at The Meadows of Ottawa-Glandorf. He was born January 17, 1940 in Ottawa to the late Robert J. and Ruth M. (Brockman) Recker. He is survived by his sister: Carol Schroeder of Leipsic; 6 nieces and nephews; 16 great-nieces and nephews; and 7 great- great-nieces and nephews.
Donald retired in 2002 after 30 years at Country Acres Golf Course, Kalida. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran during peacetime. He was a member of Leipsic Eagles, Kalida Rod and Gun, Salem, Missouri, American Legion, and a social member of Ottawa VFW.
There will be a private burial at St. Joseph Cemetery, Ft. Jennings. LOVE FUNERAL HOME, Ottawa is handling the arrangements.
