Donna S. Stewart

OTTAWA -- Donna S. Stewart, 69, of Ottawa died 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at her residence.  She was born March 27, 1949 in McComb, OH to the late Harley and Gertrude (Pacey) Moore.

Donna is survived by her children:  Sheryl (Mark) York of Altair, TX, Michelle Moore of Leipsic, Jaiyme (Randall) Peterman of Catlettsburg, KY, Jeff McMonigal of Russell, KY and Heather (Carlo Byfield) Dunn of Ottawa; 10 Grandchildren:  Kerwin McMonigal, Kentrena (William) Bohm, Samuel Baker, Elyssabeth Moore, Bailey Moore, Jonathon (Katy) Peterman, Mandie Peterman, Alexis McMonigal and Cade McMonigal and Hannah Dunn; 7 great-grandchildren:  Adin and Lyla Bohm, Jonathan and Madysen McMonigal, Lucy Bell, Zeplin York, Everett Moore and Baby Baker on the way; 2 brothers:  Harry Thomas (Brenda) Caniff, of West Virginia, Bob Moore and her loving companion of 25 years:  Jerry Leatherman of Ottawa.

Donna had been a cook for both Calvary Manor and the Meadows of Ottawa.  While at Calvary and The Meadows, she was loved by both the residents and fellow staff members for the special attention she was known to give.  She loved gardening, cooking, painting and was known for making elaborate fruit and flower bouquets for parties.  She was an avid reader.

The funeral service for Donna will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at LOVE FUNERAL HOME, Ottawa with Pastor Tim Eding officiating.  Visitation will be Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
