Doug C. Talbott

DUPONT - Doug C. Talbott, 71, of Dupont died at 1:30 a.m. Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at Defiance Inpatient Hospice. He was born March 7, 1947 in Wise County, VA to the late Floyd M. and Mae (Back) Talbott. On March 18, 1967 he married Bunny Talbott who survives in Dupont.

Also surviving are four children, Steven (Ruth) Talbott of Dupont, James (Rose) Talbott of Paulding, Paul (Ann) Talbott and Buffie (Mike) Hook both of Cecil; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and three sisters. He was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.

Doug was retired from General Motors in Defiance. He was a member of Dupont Church of the Brethren.

Funeral Services will be held 6:00 p.m. on Friday, December 14, 2018 at DUPONT CHURCH OF THE BRETHREN, Dupont,  with Rev. Terry Porter officiating. Burial will be at a later date. Visitation will be Friday, 2 to 6 p.m. at the church in Dupont.

Memorials may be given to CHP Hospice of Defiance.
