EDNA HANNEMAN-KRUSE
KALIDA – Edna Hanneman-Kruse age 92, passed away on Saturday, December 13, 2014, at the Meadows of Kalida surrounded by her loving family.
She was born August 23, 1922 in Greensburg Twp., Putnam County to Harry and Anna (Cramer) Meyer and they preceded her in death. On May 3, 1941 she married Sylvester Hanneman and on June 7, 1974 she married Richard Kruse. Both preceded her in death.
She retired from Triplett Corporation in Bluffton.  She enjoyed gardening and sewing, but most of all enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was a member of the St. Michael's Altar Rosary, Kalida Catholic Ladies of Columbia and Ottawa Eagles Auxiliary.
She is survived by 4 sons: Mel (Pat) Hanneman, Jim (Pat) Hanneman and Gary (Nancy) Hanneman all of Kalida; Glen (Toni) Hanneman of Kenton; a daughter Joyce (Paul) Bonifas of Kalida; 2 Stepdaughters Sharon (Phil) Rieke and Shirley Wueller, both of Ottawa; 19 grandchildren; 5 step-grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren and 5 step great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by 3 sons: Carl, Ronnie and Charlie Hanneman; 2 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters: Helen Marie Verhoff and Ruth Ann Maag and 2 brothers: Alfred and Leonard Meyer and her beloved dog Buddy.
Mass of Christian Burial will begin 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at St. Michaels Catholic Church, Kalida with Father Mark Hoying officiating. Burial will follow in St Michael's Cemetery.  Visitation will be Tuesday from 2 to 8 p.m. at Love-Heitmeyer Funeral Home, Jackson Township. There will be an Ottawa Eagle's Auxiliary service beginning at 7 p.m. followed by a rosary by the Kalida Catholic Ladies of Columbia and Altar Rosary.
Memorial Contributions may be made to St. Michael's Church or may be made to a charity of the donors choice.
