Edwin J. Kuhlman
NORTH BALTIMORE – Edwin J. Kuhlman, 76, of North Baltimore, passed away at 2:02 p.m. on Monday, January 15, 2024, at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay. He was born December 11, 1947, in Leipsic to the late Ralph and Julitta (Nuveman) Kuhlman.
Survivors include five siblings: Jim (Ann) Kuhlman of Ottawa, Norm (Jean) Kuhlman of New Cleveland, Duane (Irene) Kuhlman of Miller City, Mike (Jan) Kuhlman and Randy (Brenda) Kuhlman, both of New Cleveland; sister-in-law, Joann Kuhlman of Glandorf; and many nieces and nephews.
He was also preceded in death by four siblings: Martha (Dick) Schroeder, Marge (Jim) Rieman, Frank (Shirley) Kuhlman and Nick Kuhlman.
Edwin formerly worked at Bowling Green State University. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War, where he was stationed in Germany as MP. Edwin enjoyed fantasy baseball. He was an avid sports fan of the Cleveland Indians, Cleveland Browns and The Ohio State Buckeyes.
Funeral Mass will begin 10:00 a.m., Saturday, January 20, 2024, at Holy Family Catholic Church, New Cleveland with Fr. Scott Perry officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held from 8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m., with a rosary service beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday at the church. Arrangements are under the direction of LOVE FUNERAL HOME, Ottawa.
