Edwin K. Wagner

Continental - Edwin K. Wagner, 83 of Continental, died 1:45 p.m. Friday, April 8, 2016 at the Meadows of Kalida.  He was born October 19, 1932 in Continental to the late Virl and Mildred (Halbgewoks) Wagner.  On July 26, 1952, he married Margaret Dunlap who survives at the Meadows of Kalida.

Ed is also survived by two children: Ray E. (Ruth) Wagner of Elida and Ruth (Scott) Lane of Kalida; 5 grandchildren;14 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; 3 brothers: Oren (Ilah) Wagner of Wabash, Ind., Herbert (Renate) Wagner of Defiance, Kenneth (Joyce) Wagner of Continental and 6 sisters: Vivian (Kevin) Rettig of Defiance, Janet Molitor of Lewisburg, Sandra Zink of Miamisburg, Sharon Wagner of Defiance, Judy (Howard) Ingelston of Benzonia, MI. and Pamela (Robert) Everett of Bluffton.  He is preceded in death by a sister: Helen Wagner and 2 brothers: Raymond and Lanny Wagner.

Ed retired from Landmark in Continental.

A funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Continental.  Burial will follow in Monroe Cemetery, Continental.   Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday and 12 to 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be given to the charity of donor's choice.
