Emily Rose Fortman

OTTAWA - Emily Rose Fortman, 3 days old, died at 12:08 p.m.        Sunday, August 14, 2016 at Toledo Children's Hospital.  She was born August 11, 2016 in Toledo to Michael and Barbara (Hudock) Fortman who survive in Ottawa.

Emily is also survived by a brother: Isaac Earle at home; a sister: Alexa Fortman at home; paternal grandparents: Jeffrey and Nancy Fortman of Columbus Grove; maternal grandparents: Stephen Hudock and Anna Jane Hudock, both of Pennsylvania; and paternal great-grandparents: Arnold and Teresa Borgelt and Fred Fortman. She was preceded in death by her maternal great-grandparents: John and Cacia Hudock and Dick McCaul; and paternal great-grandmother: Rose Fortman.
