Erica M. Shafer COLUMBUS GROVE – Erica M. Shafer, 32, of Columbus Grove, passed on Monday, January 27, 2025 in Continental, Ohio.  She was born December 12, 1992, in Lima to Chad and Dawn (Oglesbee) Shafer. Her parents survive in Columbus Grove. She is also survived by a son, Ethan Robert Edwards of Lima; a sister, Amanda Shafer of Cincinnati; and a brother, Christopher Shafer of Toledo; maternal grandmother, Ruth Oglesbee; paternal grandparents: Phil and Cathy Shafer. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Herbert Oglesbee. Erica worked as a waitress/bartender for Casa Lual in Lima. She enjoyed doing crafts, crocheting and spending time with her friends. She was a motorcycle enthusiast and had a deep love for her rottweiler, Diablo. Erica took pleasure in traveling and exploring new places. Funeral services will begin at 12:00 p.m., Saturday, February 1, 2025 at LOVE FUNERAL HOME, Ottawa with Pastor Pam Spencer officiating. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
