Gerry D. Eagleson

Leipsic - Gerry D. Eagleson, 58, of Leipsic died 7:26 p.m. Monday, September 4, 2017 at the Meadows of Leipsic.  He was born April 13, 1959 in Bowling Green to the late Richard L. and Marceen C. (Ludemann) Eagleson.

Gerry is survived by 2 brothers and 3 sisters: Rich (Verna) Eagleson, Jr, Deb "Sue" (Gene) Siefker, Jim (Marsha) Eagleson, Teresa (Terry) Howard all of Leipsic, Mary Eagleson of Findlay and his longtime girlfriend, Keri Polhamus.

He worked at Brookhill Industries and participated in several events for Special Olympics, such as bowling, swimming and basketball. Gerry also participated in Brookhill's bowling leagues for several years.  He was a fan of Elvis Presley, Ohio State Buckeyes and WWF.  He attended church often.

A Funeral Service will be at 11:00 a.m., Friday, September 8, 2017 at LOVE-HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Leipsic, with Pastor Doug Cooper officiating.  Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery in Deshler.  Visitation will be Thursday 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. and Friday, one hour prior to service at the funeral home.

Memorials may be given to Alzheimer's Association.
