Gloria J. Parker
Leipsic - Gloria J. Parker, 62, of Leipsic died 4:40 p.m. Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at St. Luke's Hospital, Maumee.  She was born October 1, 1951 in   Findlay  to the late Arthur E. and Mae (Just) Cunningham.  On June 26, 1982, she married Larry Parker. They were later divorced and he resides in Glandorf.
Gloria  is survived by a daughter: Tracy (Wade Jr.) Sherrick of Napoleon;  a grandson: Gabriel Sherrick; a brother: Rolley (Hazel) Cunningham of Findlay; two sisters: Carol (Daniel) Moye of Shawnee and Donna (Ira) Cox of Deshler; a sister-in-law: Colletta Cunningham of Leipsic and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.   Gloria is also preceded in death by  4 brothers: Richard, Arthur, Vernon and Kenneth Cunningham and a sister: Cathy Cunningham.
Gloria attended St. Mary's Catholic Church, Leipsic. While in the nursing home in Napoleon, she enjoyed receiving communion from St. Augustine Catholic Church,   She  also enjoyed doing  arts and crafts and spending time with friends, family and her grandson, Gabriel.  Gloria volunteered at Head Start and previously worked at Temcole, CBC and the former Libby's.
Funeral service will begin 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 3, 2014 at LOVE-HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Leipsic, with Pastor Amy Haines officiating.  Burial will follow in Sugar Ridge Cemetery, Leipsic.   Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday and one hour prior to service on Monday at the funeral home.
