Guadalupe (Rocha) Guerra LEIPSIC – Guadalupe (Rocha) Guerra, 80, of Leipsic, died at 9:08 a.m. on Sunday, January 26, 2025, at The Meadows of Leipsic. She was born July 30, 1944, in McAllen, Texas to the late Guadalupe and Amelia (Treviño) Rocha.  On September 25, 1965, she married Felipe Guerra, Jr., who survives in Leipsic. She is also survived by four children: Felix "Freaks" Guerra of Columbus Grove, Ricardo Guerra, Melissa Guerra and Scott "Tako" (Janie) Guerra, all of Leipsic; 12 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and six siblings: Linda (Jesse) Barajas, Estella Vasquez, both of Florida, Alicia (Casimido) Martinez, Janie Cortez, Juan Rocha and Ruben (Betty) Rocha, all of Texas. She was also preceded in death by a son, Fernando Guerra; a granddaughter, Alexandra Guerra; four siblings: Gloria Rodriguez, Consuelo Gonzalez, David Rocha and Victor Rocha; and two brothers-in-law: Richard Cortez and Nabor Gonzalez. Guadalupe retired from the Lutheran Nursing Home in Napoleon, where she worked as a cook. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Leipsic. She loved traveling to Florida or Texas to visit family and enjoyed playing Spanish Bingo. Funeral Mass will begin at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, February 1, 2025, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Leipsic with Fr. Randy Giesige officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday at LOVE-HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Leipsic and 9 to 10 a.m. on Saturday at St. Mary's Parish Life Center, Leipsic prior to the Mass at the church.
