OTTAWA – Haley Jo Siebeneck, beloved infant daughter of Aaron and Kelly (Fager) Siebeneck was born into the arms of Jesus on Monday, July 28, 2025, in Lima, Ohio.

She will be greatly missed by big sister, Molly; grandparents: Sue Ann Fager of Wauseon, Ohio and Gary (Sharon) Siebeneck of Kalida, Ohio; aunts and uncles: Justin (Krista) Fager, Lindsay Fager, Brad (Megan) Siebeneck and Sara Siebeneck.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Paul Fager.

Funeral Mass will begin 10:30 a.m., Saturday, August 2, 2025, at St. Michael's Catholic Church, Kalida with Fr. Phil Smith officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.  A visitation will be held on Saturday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the church. Arrangements are under the direction of LOVE FUNERAL HOME, Ottawa.
