Harold W. "Butch" Meyers

LEIPSIC - Harold W. "Butch" Meyers, 85, of Leipsic died at 12:31 p.m. Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay. He was born April 9, 1933 in Leipsic to the late Donald R. and Thelma (Kersh) Meyers. On April 15, 1953 he married Arlene  M. Altman who died January 25, 1999.

He is survived by three children, Gerald W. (Cheryl) Meyers, Jerry W. (Sandy) Meyers, and Gary W. (Connie Snyder) Meyers all of Leipsic; six grandchildren, Lee W. Meyers, Lisa A. Meyers, Jay W. Meyers, Emily (Alan) Landwehr, Matthew Meyers, and Gina Meyers; three great-granddaughters; and a sister, Donna Jean (Hayward) Maynard of Leipsic. He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Laura Ann Meyers

Butch was a retired self-employed truck driver.  He loved antique engine shows and remodeling vintage automobiles.

Funeral Services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 12, 2018 at LOVE-HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Leipsic with Pastor Laurie Beaty officiating. Burial will follow in Sugar Ridge Cemetery, Leipsic. Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. on Friday and one hour prior to the service on Saturday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
