Isaac C. Barrientes
LEIPSIC…Isaac C. Barrientes, 75 of Ottawa, died Saturday November 3, 2012 at 10:50 P.M. at the Meadows of Ottawa-Glandorf.  He was born June 3, 1937 in Pharr, TX to the late Jose and Delores (Casas) Barrientes. On February 19, 1958 he married Reyna Orduno and she survives in Ottawa. Also surviving 4 sons: Rodrigo (Julie) Barrientes of Norwalk, Brigido (Beth) Barrientes of Leipsic, Daniel Barrientes of Leipsic and Isaac (Katie Pitney) Barrientes, Jr. of Vaughnsville; 3 daughters: Diana (Tom Hershberger) Barrientes of Wapakoneta, Leticia (Rich) Elliott of Harrod and Alicia (Luis) Lomeli of Leipsic; 25 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; 1 brother: Armando (Teresa) Barrientes of Gilboa; 4 sisters: Emma (Chino) Hernandez of TX, Romanita Rodriguez of TX, Audelia Torres of TX, Aurora Reeder of TX and a half-brother: Teodoro Barrientes of CA.
Isaac retired after 27 years from Socar in Continental.  He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Leipsic.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:30 am Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Leipsic with Fr. George Wenzinger officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 to 8 pm Tuesday at LOVE-HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Leipsic.
