Iva Lee Perry

CONTINENTAL – Iva Lee Perry, 94, of Continental, passed away at 9:21 a.m., Saturday, January 6, 2024 at her residence.  She was born January 26, 1929, in Watauga, TN to the late Harry and Georgia (Malone) Gregg.  On July 26, 1950, she married Harley B. Perry, who preceded her in death on March 10, 1983.

Survivors include three children: Jeff Perry of Marion, Regina Harshman of Continental and Karen Perry of Punta Gorda, FL; seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; and a sister, Goldie Walker of Bluff City, TN.

She was also preceded in death by two sons: Irby Steven Perry and Allen B. Perry; and four siblings: Mary (Squibb) Pope, Sadie (Coy) Suggs, Harry (Velda) Gregg, Jr. and Betty (Irby) Thomas.

Iva formerly worked for the Continental EMS and waitressed. She enjoyed life and loved spending time with her family and friends.
