OTTAWA - James T. Powell, 72, of Ottawa died at 10:42 a.m. Monday, July 14, 2014 at Putnam County Ambulatory Care Center, Glandorf. He was born June 12, 1942 in Corbin, KY, to the late Thomas and Zella (Davis) Powell.
He is survived by his daughter: Marian Bradford of Harrison; 4 grandchildren; and his "mentor", Pastor Gordon Scullion of Defiance.
James was an amateur photographer.
