Jane Kettels

OTTAWA – Jane Kettels, 75, of Ottawa, passed away at 2:28 a.m., Thursday, March 26, 2026, at her residence. She was born June 20, 1950, in Lima to the late Norbert and Margaret (Brodbeck) Meyer. On October 12, 1968, she married John Kettels, who survives in Ottawa.

Other survivors include four children: Marvin Kettels, Linda (Todd) Haithcox of Lima, Steve Kettels and Sandy (Brad) Williams of Cloverdale; three grandchildren: Gabriel, Jacob and Lauren Williams; a great-grandchild, Lainey Williams; numerous step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren; and two siblings: Joe (Laura) Meyer of Maryland and Janet Meyer of Missouri.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a brother, Dave Meyer.

Jane previously worked for Philips in Ottawa.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of LOVE FUNERAL HOME, Ottawa.
